Your responsibilities include:
* Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
* Manage reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient table assignments.
* Coordinate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
* Develop and maintain regular clientele to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
* Anticipates the requests and needs of our guests with an intuitive service.
* Hold strong working knowledge of the local hospitality market.
* Create a warm atmosphere where guests comes to enjoy their time.
* Pay attention and respond appropriately to dissatisfied guests to ensure their satisfaction.
* To champion health, safety & hygiene, setting gold standards (HACCP).
