FutureShaper – TeamSystem Graduate Program
FutureShaper is TeamSystem's Graduate Program: a 20-month journey with 3 job rotations designed for people who want to grow fast through real responsibility — not observation. We serve over 3 million clients and process one third of all invoices issued across the Italian economy. The technology we build isn't niche — it's national infrastructure.
From day one, you'll work on real challenges, manage priorities in fast-shifting contexts, present ideas to senior stakeholders, and make decisions with visibility across the organization. No one will walk you through every step.
The Program
The 3 rotations are built around a combination of business needs, individual strengths, and development potential. Depending on your path, you may work across areas such as: Strategic Development & M&A, HR & Finance, Digital Finance & Payments, R&D and Technology, IT & Cloud, Product Marketing, Delivery Governance, PMO, Small & Micro Business.
What We Offer
A permanent contract from day one. Throughout the 20 months, you'll work closely with experienced managers and have structured feedback sessions to understand where you're growing and where you can improve.
We believe doing good work means doing it sustainably: Friday afternoons off, genuine flexibility and hybrid working without badge-tracking, tools to be productive remotely, and a personalized welfare plan.
This program is for you if

• You expect constant guidance before taking action.
• You're looking for a primarily training-based or observational experience.
• You're not comfortable with shifting priorities and evolving goals.
Requirements
Native Italian speaker · C1 English · Degree (or graduating soon) in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Management, Digital Management, or related fields · Strong academic record.
Applications from diverse backgrounds with a strong analytical mindset and comfort with complexity are welcome.
