PWe are looking for an strongHR Specialist /strong with experience in structured contexts who will be the reference point for HR issues of the production plants. /ppIn particular, he/she will be involved in the following strongactivities /strong: /pulliSupport managers in the management and development of plant personnel; /liliCollect and analyse the plants' workforce needs; /liliMonitor and supervise the correct implementation of labour and company regulations, acting as a local point of reference for HR processes; /liliManage local Trade Union Relations; /liliManage disciplinary actions; /liliManage relations with temporary employment companies (APL); /li /ulpstrongRequirements: /strong /pulliEconomics/Law degree + master’s degree in Human Resources Management (preferred); /liliAt least 2/3 years' experience in HR roles gained in structured manufacturing contexts, where the main HR issues relating to union and disciplinary management and development have been examined; /liliPassion and a strong interest in working within an industrial framework together with dealing with grievances, HR issues and Unions; /liliPrevious work experience in the mechanical industry preferred /liliGood knowledge of English language; /liliAdvanced use of Office suite and strong attitude for HR IT systems (Zucchetti preferred); /liliWillingness to travel in Italy and abroad; /li /ulpstrongWorkplace /strong: Reggiolo (RE) /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
