Job OverviewOgilvy Italia is seeking a motivated and proactive Project Manager to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital marketing initiatives for a global brand. This client‑facing role requires a solid foundation in project management, strong communication skills, and an understanding of digital processes. You’ll work closely with marketing and technical stakeholders to bring digital activations to life, such as local contests and promotions.Fluency in English is essential, as it is the main language used across teams, clients, and documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of digital promotions and contests, from initial client briefing and concept development through to final release and post‑launch hyper‑care.Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, proactively engaging to understand marketing objectives, brand guidelines, and specific requirements.Lead discovery sessions with the client to capture detailed project requirements, objectives, and success metrics; develop clear project briefs, scope documents, and functional specifications.Collaborate with all project stakeholders, including technical development teams, UX/UI designers, content managers, data analytics teams, and quality assurance, to coordinate efforts, manage timelines, and ensure feasibility.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, troubleshoot issues and drive solutions throughout the project lifecycle.Provide regular, clear updates on project status, risks, and timelines; lead client meetings and prepare project reports.Key Requirements3–5 years of client‑facing project management experience in a digital agency or similar, particularly with digital marketing activations such as contests or branded promotions.Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently with a strong delivery focus; familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is preferred.Solid understanding of web development and CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal); technical acumen is essential.Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.Excellent prioritization, time management, and multitasking; attention to detail; adaptability to fast‑paced environments.Project Management certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.) are a plus.Desired Skills and ToolsClient managementProject Management Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)Jira / Confluence (or similar tools)Team coordinationQuality Assurance testing
