AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. Key Job Responsibilities
* 7x24 roster duty in data center operations
* Incident first responder and onsite hands‑on support
* Break‑fix and troubleshooting according to process guideline
* Maintain proper media operations according to process guideline
* Capacity landing and decommissioning according to process guideline
* Site management and maintain tidiness in operation areas
* Innovate and contribute from day‑to‑day operation experiences to improve operation efficiency

Basic Qualifications
* Knowledge of network cabling, optic types, and test equipment
* Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
* Speak, write, and read fluently in Chinese
* 1 year experience in server / network hardware and operation systems maintenance / troubleshooting.
* Sound understanding on incidents response and prioritization.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data center engineering or operations
* Knowledge of data center infrastructure design, operations, or delivery
* Knowledge of cloud computing concepts
* Knowledge of process improvement, ideally including Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma
* Understanding of data center safety and security environment.
