The company is constantly expanding, offering opportunities in a creative and dynamic environment, perfect for those who want to grow in the world of high‑end fashion.The intern supports the Senior Accountant with daily accounting activities and assists the company with general administrative coordination. The role ensures accurate financial records while helping manage operational accounts, contracts and supplier services. The position works closely with management and the finance team to coordinate documentation and administrative processes, including the recording of invoices and financial records.ResponsibilitiesAccounting Support Assist the Senior Accountant with bookkeeping and accounting recordsSupport preparation of invoices, payments and expense documentationMaintain organised accounting files and supporting documentationAssist with reconciliation of supplier and customer accountsSupport preparation of documentation for accountants and auditorsPayment & Expense Administration Assist in collecting and organising employee expense documentationPrepare payment lists and supporting documentation for supplier paymentsEnsure invoices and supporting documents are correctly recorded and archivedContracts & Service Accounts Maintain records and monitor company operational accounts and service agreements, including: software subscriptionstelecom contracts (e.G. Vodafone)logistics accounts (e.G. DHL)leases and service providersutilities and condominium chargesMonitor renewal dates and ensure continuity of services.Supplier & Administrative Coordination Maintain organised records of suppliers and service providersCoordinate documentation and communications with external providersDocument & Record Management Maintain structured records of contracts, subscriptions and administrative documentationSupport general administrative tasks required by the finance and operations teamQualifications & Skills1 - 2 years’ experience in accounting or administrative rolesBasic accounting knowledge (bookkeeping, invoices, payments)Strong organisational skills and attention to detailComfortable managing multiple operational tasksGood Excel and office software skillsDiscretion and confidentialityFluent English, both written and spoken#J-18808-Ljbffr
