Your main challenges will be: - Attendance management with related monthly timecard closing; - Management of employee master data; - Management in recruiting processes; - Management of administrative paperwork related to the employment relationship, interfacing with payroll office/consulting firms; - Management of medical examinations and training in risk prevention; - HR support for Italy, Spain and Portugal; - Manage the company Cars. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in law, business or related field preferred; - Minimum 3 years of experience in the role required; - Experience with recruitment; - Legal and administrative knowledge in human resources management; - Knowledge of Zucchetti management software is a plus; - Belonging to law 68/99 is a plus; - Language skills: excellent level of Italian, Spanish and English languages (B2).
