Position
This position directly reports to the Group Purchasing Manager.
Dealing with the assigned categories:
1. Negotiates purchasing agreements with suppliers (prices, delivery terms, terms&conditions)
2. Defines supply shares and relevant supply strategies
3. Plays the role of Category Manager for the assigned categories defining tactics and strategy
4. Proposes different ideas geared to product & management cost reduction
5. Collaborates with the Plants worldwide to share best supply conditions in order to achieve cost reduction
6. Monitors the performance of the suppliers in term of delivery, quality and implement improvement plan
7. Searches for alternative products and/or suppliers
8. Qualifies new suppliers in accordance with internal process
9. Visits and audits suppliers with supplier quality team
10. Coordinates the yearly projects assigned
11. Manages the prices discrepancy between order and invoice
Requirements
12. English is a must
13. Strong negotiation skills and analytical method
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
15. Electronic background is a plus
