Job Description
This key figure is responsible for operating trains with innovative and highly technological equipment. They guarantee safe, punctual and comfortable service, inspecting the train before departure and during the journey, reporting any issues and intervening to resolve them according to safety procedures.
Work hours are organised in scheduled, non‑fixed, flexible shifts that provide time off away from the depot, night work, including weekends and public holidays.
Required Qualifications
* Age between 18 and 29, in relation to the contractual type of insertion;
* Diploma of elementary school of the second level (quinquennial);
* Certified residence in Emilia‑Romagna or the province of Mantua for at least six months;
* Willingness to make systematic moves in Emilia‑Romagna and neighbouring regions;
* Availability to work non‑fixed shifts, night work and work on weekends and holidays;
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and emotional management;
Preferred Qualifications
* Possess a technical‑scientific diploma and/or an engineering or scientific‑technological degree;
* The diploma grade can be used as a preferred requirement;
* No participation in previous selections with Trenitalia Tper in the last 12 months;
Additional Requirements
Specific knowledge of railway operations and safety procedures is necessary.

If you refuse the subsequent appointment after the visit, the company will require reimbursement of the expenses incurred for the verification. This commitment will be formalised with a declaration that the candidate will be asked to sign before the medical visit.
Work Locations
Selected sites in Emilia‑Romagna (Bologna, Ferrara, Modena, Parma, Piacenza, Reggio Emilia, Rimini) and Sermide (MN). The working location will be assigned by the company according to organisational needs.
