We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes. /p h3The Impact You’ll Make /h3 pAt Lam, as a Field Process Engineer you are a customer-focused expert on our equipment, pushing the boundaries to meet customer needs. You’re responsible for completing process support, evaluation, and documentation of process outputs for hardware modifications and upgrades. You play a vital role in supporting the customer in installations, training, and identifying design improvements with product groups. /p pIn this role, you will be based in Agrate, Italy. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liProvide process support, installation of Lam equipment at customer sites. /li liComplete Design of Experiments (DOE) evaluations to characterize process window for new installations or modifications. /li liDevelop new processes for small variants to existing customer applications. /li liConduct experiments, collect, analyze data, generate reports, and provide recommendations. /li liCollaborates with cross-functional teams and customers to understand their needs, technology roadmaps, process flow, requirements, and business challenges. /li liRepresent Lam to our valued customers and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. /li liPresent technical and marketing materials with a win‑win mindset to keep customers informed about products and services to address their needs. /li /ul h3Who We’re Looking For /h3 h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul liMasters of Science in Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, or related field; or Bachelors of Science with 2+ years of relevant work experience. /li liProficiency in computer applications, including data analysis tools, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software. /li liExcellent communication, written, and verbal, and customer relationship skills. /li liAbility to work in a cleanroom environment, wearing personal protective safety equipment, or cleanroom suit, and on‑call if needed. /li liThis is a graduate eligible role. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liIn-depth understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE). /li liFoundational analytical, problem solving, and decision‑making skills. /li /ul h3Our Commitment /h3 pWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
