We are seeking an EHSS Data Analyst to be hired on a permanent contract at the Borgo San Michele plant in Latina, within the EHSS Department. The successful candidate will be part of the EHSS team, reporting to the EHSS Site Lead. The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting and analyzing relevant data related to EHS performance and processes, ensuring data quality and accuracy, and developing reports to support decision-making and performance improvement. Key activities include:
1. Coordinate and perform EHS data analysis for key processes at corporate and site levels.
2. Develop reports and analyses from various systems.
3. Support the EHS team and management in identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
4. Identify areas for process improvements related to KPI calculation and reporting.
5. Ensure data quality and manage changes to reporting systems.
6. Participate in initiatives at campus or regional levels related to data analysis.
7. Support regulatory and system audits by providing necessary information.
8. Train end users on new reports and dashboards, as appropriate.
**Qualifications:**
* Master's degree in Engineering or Environmental Sciences.
* At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar role.
* Knowledge of Italian H&S and environmental laws, and management system standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
* Strong focus on quality and operations, with problem-solving skills.
* Good ownership and accountability, with the ability to connect easily with people.
* Ability to work in a multi-departmental, dynamic environment.
* Preferred language: Italian; Fluent in English (B2 or above).
* Proven skills in data querying and analysis using Excel (Pivot Tables, PowerQuery, etc.).
* Working knowledge of Tableau; knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
