Support laboratory testing activities on electric motorsAssist in performance characterization and validation testsUse electrical measurement instruments (oscilloscope, power analyzer, insulation tester, milliohmmeter, etc.)Support test bench setup and basic wiring activities for motor drivesRead and follow electrical schematicsAssist in motor disassembly and technical inspection activitiesUse basic mechanical measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)Collect, organize and document test dataContribute to maintaining laboratory equipment and safety standardsWork in a stimulating and technical laboratory environmentHands‐on experience with electric motors and drive systemsStructured technical training and progressive autonomyTechnical and professional growth within the engineering teamCollaboration with engineers and senior techniciansExperimental testing on advanced motor technologiesHigh attention to detail and accuracy in laboratory activitiesWorking in compliance with test procedures and safety standards
Education and QualificationsHigh School/ITS Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related technical fields
Laboratory testing activitiesElectromechanical systemsExperimental xrdztoy or validation environmentsLaboratory projects, internships or experimental thesis work are considered a plus
