The role also involves developing small internal tools. /ph3Required Competencies /h3ullibSecurity /b /liliKnowledge of DLP solutions, how they work, how to evaluate and deploy them /liliUnderstanding of EDR/XDR platforms and endpoint hardening strategies /liliNetwork security architecture: segmentation, VLANs, IDS/IPS, zero-trust concepts /liliVulnerability assessment methodology and tools (Nessus, OpenVAS, or similar) /liliIncident response logic: triage, containment, root cause analysis /liliAwareness of SIEM platforms and centralized log correlation /liliFirewall rule logic and policy design (Fortinet, Huawei, Zyxel) /li /ulullibDevelopment /b /liliPHP and databases for small internal web applications /liliIntegration with Active Directory, REST APIs, and databases /liliUnderstanding of authentication flows (SSO, LDAP, OAuth) /lili.NET (ASP.NET Core / Blazor) is a plus /li /ulullibGeneral /b /liliPowerShell and/or Python scripting for automation /liliWindows Server /lili2-4 years in roles mixing security with infrastructure or development /liliFluent Italian + English B2 minimum /li /ulullibNice to have /b /liliSecurity certifications (CompTIA Security+, CEH, FortiNSE) /liliVMware or Docker exposure /liliModern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) /li /ulh3What matters most /h3pCuriosity, initiative, and drive.
