Take care of the electrical and software interventions at the customer's site, from troubleshooting to repair or replacement of the affected components Initial commissioning of the system to assess any remaining problems Verify the availability of the technical documentation and materials required to carry out the intervention Upon completion of the intervention, prepare the necessary reporting documentation to properly record the activities carried out and the problems encountered Record any requests for improvements or further interventions by the customer on the installed machines (e.g. specific training on the machines) Work with the technical department to share problems with the operation of the machines and provide feedback to improve functionality Train customer personnel in the equipment operation
