Mission
Ensure on-site supervision and coordination of HSE activities during construction works, guaranteeing compliance with Italian regulations and company procedures.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate HSE activities on site during construction phases
* Ensure compliance with applicable HSE laws, standards, and company procedures
* Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams on HSE matters
* Conduct daily toolbox talks and participate in safety meetings
* Verify proper use of PPE, equipment, and site documentation
* Monitor high-risk activities such as excavation, lifting operations, work at height, and hot works
* Perform site inspections and audits to identify risks and ensure corrective actions
* Support risk assessments and ensure mitigation measures are implemented
* Manage environmental aspects and emergency response procedures
* Promote a strong safety culture across all site personnel
Education & Experience
* Degree or Diploma in Engineering, HSE, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles within oil & gas, industrial, or construction projects
* Proven experience on site-based HSE supervision activities
* Strong knowledge of Italian HSE regulations (e.g. D.Lgs. 81/08)
* Certifications such as NEBOSH, RSPP, or equivalent are preferred
* Experience in similar construction activities (civil works, structural or seismic upgrades) is an advantage
* Fluency in Italian and English required
