For our client, an international general contractor operating in the private construction sector, we are looking, in a context of strong organizational growth, for a Head of Industrial Activities.
Reporting to the Country Manager, the Head of Industrial Activities represents the company in the assigned area of business, designing and building industrial buildings for private clients.

Key responsibilities:
- Management of allocated resources with operational efficiency.
- Implementation of the strategy and achieving of objectives in terms of order taking, profitability of business line and customer satisfaction.
- Definition and implementation of business and technical strategy
- Management of compliance with best practice and quality & safety standards
- Risk management
- Financial management of his/her area
Internal relations:
- Management team of the BU Business development teams Project teams
- All support functions (Technical Departments, Legal & Insurance, Finance, HR, etc.)
External relations:
- Clients, project owner representatives and construction site operators Partners / Subcontractors / suppliers
- Public utilitiesand administrations
QUALIFICATION:
- Master's degree in Engineering or similar xivgfpx
- Confirmed experience (more than10 years) in construction project management and/or in business development
- Languages spoken: fluent English required, French is a plus
