La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del team della divisione Vehicle, nel team del Back Office Fleet dedicato alla gestione delle attività svolte per case costruttrice e società noleggio e sotto la costante guida del Tutor Aziendale. Imparerà a gestire le seguenti attività, con un crescente livello di autonomia:
* Gestione ricezione ordini di perizia e trasmissione elaborati ai clienti
* Sviluppo preventivi tramite software dedicati e consultazione banche dati
* Aggiornamento database interni
* Supporto nella pianificazione delle attività peritali
* Consultazione DB in Excel e Access
* Consultazione caselle di posta dedicate ai clienti
La risorsa, da inserire in un contesto denso di obiettivi ambiziosi, con reali possibilità di crescita all’interno e sviluppo trasversale, coopererà costruttivamente al raggiungimento del miglior risultato del progetto, attivandosi proattivamente anche per la diffusione ed il rispetto dei valori aziendali.
REQUISITI MINIMI
* Diploma o Laurea
* Dimestichezza con il Pacchetto Office
* Conoscenza della lingua inglese
* Rispetto delle tempistiche
