About the Role
Fivetran is on a mission to make data accessible for everyone. As we scale our Enterprise business, we’re looking for a passionate and strategic Sr. Revenue Enablement Manager, Enterprise to join our team. You will play a critical role in elevating the Enterprise selling motion, ensuring our team has the tools, resources, and knowledge to win big deals.

This is a full-time position located in either our Denver or Oakland offices or remotely in the US.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Enterprise sales leadership to identify and prioritize enablement needs for the Enterprise sales team.
Develop and implement a comprehensive enablement strategy aligned with the specific selling motion for Enterprise deals.
Design and deliver impactful training programs covering various sales methodologies, product knowledge, and effective communication skills, with a focus on Enterprise-level selling.
Create high-quality sales collateral and content specifically tailored for the Enterprise audience.Manage and curate a robust sales enablement knowledge base, ensuring easy access to resources for the sales team.
Coach and mentor Enterprise sales reps to improve their selling skills and close deals more effectively.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between enablement programs and overall go-to-market strategy.
Track and measure the success of enablement initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
Stay up-to-date on the latest sales methodologies and best practices for Enterprise selling.
Development and execution of structured account planning, opportunity planning, and territory management.
Skills We’re Looking For
You have a proven track record of success in sales enablement, ideally with experience supporting an Enterprise sales team.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales and/or sales enablement, preferably within a B2B SaaS company.
A strong understanding of the Enterprise selling environment is essential.
You possess a deep understanding of various sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, MEDDPICC) and their application in complex sales cycles.
You are a data champion, comfortable analyzing metrics and using data to inform enablement strategies.
You are a creative and resourceful problem-solver, adept at developing impactful sales enablement programs that address specific needs.
You are an excellent communicator, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) and inspire sales reps.
You are a master of storytelling, able to translate complex information into clear, concise, and compelling narratives.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Bonus Skills
Previous experience as an Enterprise seller.Experience in the data integration, SaaS, or cloud space.
Experience enabling sellers with consumption based pricing products.
Passion for Fivetran’s mission and products.

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the target position and level. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Our job titles may span more than one career level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, business need, market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your location during the hiring process.
This range represents base salary only and does not include incentive for sales roles, equity, or benefits, if applicable. Pay Range $149,231.28 —$186,539.10 USD
