Alpinestars is seeking an IT Support Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of computer systems in accordance with organizational requirements.

Position
This role involves overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the company's computing infrastructure to meet its technological needs.
Key Responsibilities :
* Manage company helpdesk and solve employees’ daily computer issues.
* Align the user needs and system functionality to support organizational policies.
* Identify problematic areas and assist in implementing solutions, including bug fixes.
* Audit systems and evaluate their outcomes.
* Preserve assets, ensure information security and maintain control structures.
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Manage and coordinate IT-related matters including data, wireless communications, mobile technology, telephony, security, and computer hardware and software.
* Trouble-shoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network problems.
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements :
* Minimum of 3+ years of IT professional work experience.
* Solid knowledge of computer hardware / software systems.
* Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills.
* Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
* Comprehensive understanding of network architecture and client / server technology.
* Ability to work as a team player.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
