Overview
The Fashion Designer is responsible for delivering creative projects that are consistent with the Brand Identity, through the following proposals: Conceptual inspiration, color trends, material proposals, silhouettes, details.\n
He/she shares his/her choices with the Head of Design, PM and Collection Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities
- Conveying his/her own stylistic direction effectively to creative staff, as well as to the company departments that are closely related to style. (Fabrics, Modellers, Technicians, Graphic Designers)
- Bringing innovation every season, making a creative and original contribution.
Qualifications
- Creates creative projects consistent with the Briefs received from the collection coordinator, respecting the identity of the Brand and the project timing
- Transfers its aesthetic vision in terms of materials and accessories to the coordinator and her staff and shares their choices
- He transfers his stylistic direction clearly to the creative staff and also to corporate departments closely related to style. (Fabric department, pattern makers, technicians, graphic designers)
- Participates in and directs the most important fittings, transmitting your vision in terms of wearability to the pattern makers and sharing the final choices
- Develops and if necessary modifies/finalizes your creative proposals following the discussion with coordinators and P.M
- Captures the weak signals of the market and consumers, observes the current trends and the cultural models that are evolving, in the media, in fashion, in society
- Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's responsibilities
- Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within one's function in relation to both process management and relationships with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
- Adopts significant behaviors and promotes actions - both operational and cultural - linked to Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards care
- Brings innovation every season, making a creative and original contribution
Additional Information
Education & Experience \n
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, or an equivalent academic qualification.
\n
Professional Experience: 4 to 5 years of proven experience in similar roles (e.g., design office assistant, junior fashion designer) with luxury or contemporary brands.

Hard Skills & Technical Expertise
\n
Design & Graphics: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Procreate).
\n
Technical Knowledge: Denim garment construction, treatments and washing (specifically on RTW all product categories), including strong knowledge of materials, hardware, denim pattern making and manufacturing processes.

Soft Skills & Mindset

Organization: Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliveries simultaneously while strictly adhering to deadlines.
\n
Cross-Functional Collaboration: A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable to collaborate alongside the Art Director, Senior Designers and coordination/technical team and departments.
