Our Global HR Services team acts as the central point of contact for all employee lifecycle operations, maintaining global HR policies and processes, overseeing regional HR support, and providing exceptional HR transactional guidance and employee experience to a global employee base.

We are seeking a Global Team Leader HR Services to manage the team responsible for delivering these functions, who is comfortable both strategically and hands-on, with a passion for innovative solutions and talent engagement and retention.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities
* Guide the team in daily HR operations, including employee data transactions and queries, through daily stand-ups.
* Manage capacity planning for the Global HR Services team.
* Act as the single point of contact for HR Project Managers regarding project support from the HR Services team.
* Report on HR Service KPIs to the Head of HRIS and Employee Services.
* Collaborate with Legal, Security, Audit, and other internal teams on cross-functional global audit and compliance projects.
* Support local and regional HR teams in enhancing HR service procedures, systems, and processes, creating global standards and templates.
* Understand business goals and recommend improvements, policies, and procedures for continuous enhancement of HR functions.
* Maintain and communicate the Global HR Policy Framework in line with policy updates.
* Provide hands-on support in SuccessFactors EC and Talent Suite modules when necessary.
* Participate as a member of the HR Services Leadership team.
Who Are We Looking For
* 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR transactions, including project management.
* Significant people management experience, preferably leading a global HR operations team.
* Proven ability to coach and inspire team members.
* Functional experience with SuccessFactors, especially Employee Data Management and Position Management.
* Experience working in a global, multi-functional environment, balancing local and global requirements.
* Decisiveness in daily operations and timely escalation.
* Collaborative mindset and cross-functional partnership skills.
* Ability to adapt in an agile, fast-changing environment.
* Fluency in English; French and/or German is a plus.
