Job Description
Clinical Application Specialist :
Driving clinical decision support for products and solutions including sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educating sales teams on emerging clinical issues for the CS (Cardiac Solutions) segment.
Your role :
* Providing primary training and education to customers
* Assisting in disseminating technical product information to customers and executing hospital staff training, including in the cath lab during clinical procedures.
* Achieving and growing disposable utilization in the assigned territory; assisting in advancing disposable revenue and market position consistent with territory, division, and company goals.
* Monitoring the use of Philips laser systems in the assigned territory through regular contact with users to ensure confidence in Philips IGT-D products and systems. Supporting each step of Philips laser system utilization, from delivery to cath-lab support.
* Building solid customer relations by interfacing directly with hospital physicians, catheter laboratory personnel, and research, training, and business office staff.
* Collaborating with Marketing and other internal groups to identify needs and provide intelligence on competitive products and company innovations.
* Implementing field business development activities to increase awareness about cardiac implantable electronic device infections, including organizing round tables and infection management meetings with stakeholders.
* Processing and monitoring product complaints according to company procedures.
You're the right fit if :
* Hold a BSc / MSc degree in biomedical engineering or a related clinical/science field
* Have 2-5 years of clinical support experience in a cath-lab
* Are fluent in English and Italian
* Are available to travel 70-80% of the time to support cath-lab disposable usage in the area
* Possess excellent customer orientation and stakeholder management skills
Location flexibility: This role can be based in either the Naples area, focusing on Southern Italy, or in the Rome area, focusing on Central Italy.
