For our store at CC Valecenter, we are seeking a / an Assistant Store Manager. In close collaboration with the Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Coordinating the management of the store staff, supervising scheduling, training, performance monitoring, and fostering growth.
2. Organizing and planning all store activities based on priorities, seasonal needs, and staff availability.
3. Achieving sales targets and working with the Store Manager to develop marketing strategies by analyzing sales data, KPIs, and trends, forecasting revenue, and managing stock.
4. Ensuring customers have the best possible experience, following company values and service guidelines.
5. Maintaining an attractive store environment with effective product displays and window setups according to company directives to maximize sales and growth.
6. Being dynamic, proactive, highly organized, capable of multitasking, ambitious, and viewing challenges as opportunities.
7. Having experience in team management, development, and leadership.
8. Possessing analytical and decision-making skills based on sales data and KPIs, with proficient use of Excel.
9. Demonstrating proven ability to provide excellent customer experience in all situations.
10. Identifying current trends, reporting results, drawing relevant conclusions, and recommending actions to the Store Manager.
11. Organizing, planning, and executing events to attract visitors and generate interest and traffic.
12. Having a good command of English at B2 level.
13. Experience with premium brands is a plus.
