Responsibilities:
* Support the Business Controlling Manager in management control activities, including budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, and reconciliation between general and management accounting within the assigned area.
* Ensure the correct application of procedures to guarantee maximum transparency, homogeneity, and reliability of economic data.
* Contribute to drafting the budget in accordance with Group rules and top management strategies. Support the Business Controlling Manager in reporting to top management, ensuring compliance with established timelines and methods.
* Assist management in collecting relevant data and identifying corrective actions if deviations from the budget are detected.
* Monitor the progress of action plans relative to set objectives, preparing periodic reports and critically analyzing deviations.
