Armundia Group is looking for a Business Analyst for the Insurance area.

The role: The selected candidate will be involved in functional analysis and in defining application processes within the insurance domain, contributing to the implementation and evolution of complex IT solutions, in line with business requirements, methodological standards, and industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze insurance-related processes and application systems, translating business requirements into functional solutions.
- Manage data analysis and validation, supporting testing activities and resolving any issues or anomalies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between functional requirements and implemented solutions.
- Work autonomously in identifying critical issues and defining solutions, producing structured functional documentation.
- Participate in delivery, deployment, and roll-out phases of solutions at client sites.
- Manage client relationships through presentations, operational support, and user training activities.
- Support on‐site assistance and maintenance activities, ensuring the correct functioning of solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodological and process standards.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst.
- Experience in bancassurance projects and life and/or non‐life insurance solutions.
- Knowledge of key industry regulations (e.g. IDD, customer profiling).
- Ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and IT teams.
