Human by nature.\nAs a Spray Dryer Operator, under direct supervision, you will follow established procedures and guidelines to deliver production orders assigned by the Shift Leader and First Operator, perform a variety of semi-automatic and automatic operational tasks within the continuous anhydrous drying process to ensure efficient production and quality results, for our Plant in Caronno Pertusella.\nReporting to the Shift Leader, you will:\nOperate assigned production equipment such as anhydrous conical dryers, spray dryers, sieves, pasteurizers, tanks and packaging systems under supervision.\nPerform basic production activities such as blending, mixing, heating, dispensing, filtering, pasteurizing, compounding or packaging according to defined process instructions.\nHandle and prepare raw materials and intermediates, ensuring correct identification, storage, and safe loading into production machines.\nFollow the bill of materials (BOM) or formula specifications to add the correct quantities of materials in the right sequence.\nMonitor instruments and control panels accurately, recording process data and maintaining clear and precise production documentation.\nSupport troubleshooting activities under guidance of more experienced operators and assist in resolving minor process deviations.\nConduct or assist with in-process quality checks to verify product conformity and report any deviations according to SOPs.\nPrepare finished or semi-finished product packaging for subsequent process steps or shipment according to internal specifications.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, performing housekeeping and sanitation duties regularly.\nWork in full compliance with Givaudan’s safety, quality, and operational standards, including GMP, HACCP, AIB, OSHA, FDA, and USDA requirements.\nActively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in Lean activities within your area.\nYour professional profile includes:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent with a technical or industrial chemistry specialization preferred.\n2 to 4 years of experience in food, flavour, chemical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.\nPrevious experience with automatic or semi-automatic plants and HMI-based control systems preferred.\nForklift operation skills considered an advantage.\nAt Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people’s lives.
