We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist who can manage the operational side of sales and actively contribute to commercial activity. You will engage customers, support revenue generation, and work closely with the sales team.
This is not a passive support role.
What you'll do:
Manage and process purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently
Follow up on payments and support accounts receivable (AR) collection
Engage directly with customers via phone and email
Support quotations, pricing, and day-to-day commercial activities
Maintain customer records and sales documentation
Coordinate internally to ensure smooth order fulfillment

You have a commercial mindset , not just an administrative one
You thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
Requirements:
8-12 years in sales support / inside sales / commercial admin
Degree required
Strong MS Excel and SAP skills are required
Fluent English
Industry experience (paper, packaging, tissue, pulp or related) is advantageous, not essential
