Ph3Serioplast – Regional Director – EMEA Plants /h3 pSerioplast, a Global Leader in Rigid Plastic Packaging, is looking for a Regional Director for its EMEA plants. /p h3What will you do? /h3 ul liDefine and execute regional plans and business strategies in compliance with the company strategy and promote the group vision within country teams. /li liMonitor the performance of the plants, taking necessary preventive and corrective actions to achieve business profitability and sustainability. /li liLead the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for industrial operations of the region. /li liLead, suggest, and participate in projects for startups, expansions, and development plans, including industrialization of new product portfolios, industrial rationalization, and optimization initiatives. /li liSupervise, coordinate, and support the local management team, promoting staff training and development at all levels. /li liEnsure alignment between global departments, countries, and plants. /li liSuggest business development opportunities. /li liManage client relations at the regional level and guarantee client satisfaction. /li liSupport quality at all levels to promote a continuous improvement mindset. /li liRepresent the company with local authorities, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and regional stakeholders. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul li5+ years of experience as a Plant Manager or Production Manager in the plastics industry (FMCG or Automotive). /li liExpertise in plastic molding technologies: EBM, SBM, and/or IM (required). /li liStrong knowledge of WCM, HSE standards, and manufacturing KPIs. /li liSolid understanding of production planning, supply chain, and logistics. /li liStrong knowledge of business economics, excellent knowledge of English, good knowledge of French. /li liEngineering degree or equivalent technical background. /li liProven leadership in managing teams and improving operational performance. /li liAvailability to travel for 50-60% of the time. /li /ul h3What do we offer? /h3 ul liContinuous training: Grow professionally by working alongside industry experts. /li liDynamic and international environment: Join a team engaged in global projects. /li liCareer growth opportunities in an industry‑leading company. /li liInternal mobility: Opportunities for job rotation and career progression. /li /ul pSounds like a fit?
