You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s employment needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong relationship‑building capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliYou will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates /liliYou will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements /liliYou will draft Job Descriptions with hiring manager and post JD on job portals /liliYou will source candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, networking, active search and employee referrals /liliYou will screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and personality fit /liliYou will coordinate and schedule interview /liliYou will ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process /liliYou will negotiate job offers and follow up with candidates on complete process /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field /liliA minimum of 2 - 3 years' working experience in Recruitment /liliFamiliarity with recruitment software (such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Portals) /liliStrong interviewing and assessment skills /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /liliAbility to multitask and handle multiple job openings simultaneously /liliKnowledge of employer branding and talent acquisition strategies /liliProblem‑solving critical thinking /liliTime management /liliFull professional fluency in English - Please note that this is a fully English‑speaking working environment /li /ulh3Compensation Level /h3ulliPackage: RAL between 30K – 35K /liliLevel: 4th /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
