Key Responsibilities: Lead and Inspire: Supervise a team of call center associates, ensuring their work and attendance align with organizational policies.
Coach to Sales Success: Regularly coach team members to meet and exceed performance metrics.
Performance Management: Identify issues and implement improvement plans, with actions including potential terminations if required.
Achieve Excellence: Ensure our services meet contractual KPIs and financial targets.
Communicate and Update: Set clear expectations and provide timely updates to your team.
Handle Escalations: Provide expertise in managing escalated customer calls when necessary.
Facilitate Meetings: Conduct team meetings to share information and foster open dialogue.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with internal processes and attend manager development training.
Promote Values: Embody and advocate Concentrix's values through your behavior and attitude.
Candidate Profile: Skillful Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills, with English at B1 level Leadership Abilities: Capable of leading teams in prioritization and multitasking.
Flexible and Ready: Open to working Monday to Sunday, 8:00 to 24:00.
