In this role you will join our Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) team during a period of transformative change. Your primary focus will be on enhancing client and business value delivery. With your advanced problem-solving and support skills, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving various complex technical issues for our wide range of international clients. Moreover, you will actively collaborate with teams to document and improve existing procedures and tools, thus elevating overall client’s satisfaction levels. Depending on your level of experience, you will join our team in Rome or Milan as a Senior Analyst or Consultant. You will be involved in client project to provide high-quality complex actuarial and technical support, both internally and to other colleagues. You will work closely with consultants and project managers in Italy and the EMEA region. Consultants and project managers will help you expand your insurance knowledge and sharpen your actuarial skills, providing exposure to clients. You will develop models or solutions using WTW’s market leading actuarial software and techniques to deliver customized solutions for our clients. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our pricing and reserving consultants on Intellectual Property development projects, as well as the data scientist team and within the entire proposition on these topics.
