Ph3Your Contribution /h3 ul liOperate and maintain IT systems and applications in line with Standard Operating Procedures and Operations Manuals. /li liHandle request fulfilment activities, including user access and account management. /li liSupport incident management to minimize service interruptions and ensure agreed OLA and SLA targets are met. /li liPerform hardware replacements and support for end-user devices (PCs, printers, scanners, mobile phones, etc.). /li liEnsure Configuration Management Database (CMDB) information is accurate and kept up to date. /li liIdentify potential automation opportunities and actively support their implementation. /li liImplement and maintain monitoring for IT infrastructure components and applications based on defined procedures. /li liSupport the change management process by executing approved changes on IT infrastructure and applications. /li liPerform patch management activities and support the deployment of new releases. /li liAnalyze system failures, resolve issues, and restore services following incidents or breakdowns. /li /ul h3Your Experience and Qualifications /h3 ul liHigh school diploma or technical education in IT or a related field. /li liMinimum of 5 years of experience in an IT operations or similar role. /li liSolid knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems. /li liBasic understanding of networking concepts and TCP/IP protocols. /li liNative Italian speaker with good English skills, sufficient to work with technical documentation (minimum B1 level). /li /ul h3Our Offering /h3 pIn addition to working with a great team, we encourage you to reach your full potential.
