Scopo:
Garantisce nell'ambito di procedure, metodi predefiniti e delle deleghe ricevute, la realizzazione dei piani operativi assegnati, nel rispetto degli obiettivi prefissati in termini di qualità, sicurezza ed efficienza. Contribuisce al miglioramento continuo degli aspetti documentali e tecnici del reparto.
In questo ruolo, TU:
* Garantirai il monitoraggio degli indicatori di performance dei processi assegnati.
* Sarai responsabile della corretta gestione della documentazione del reparto in cui operi (procedure, batch record, logbook, etc) e ne assicurerai l’archiviazione nelle tempistiche richieste dalle procedure vigenti.
* Sarai responsabile dell’approvvigionamento dei materiali/DPI e in generale degli acquisti del reparto, monitorando lo spending e promuovendo/implementando azioni/progetti in ottica di riduzione dei costi.
* Effettuerai le transazioni SAP per la gestione dei materiali/prodotti inerenti al processo produttivo nelle tempistiche richieste e nel rispetto della pianificazione stabilita.
* Parteciperai a iniziative/progetti di miglioramento e attraverso le tue competenze assicurerai la compliance e il rispetto nelle tempistiche richieste.
* Svolgerai il ruolo applicando i Valori GSK, le norme GMP, gli aspetti di Data Integrity, le policy aziendali in tema di Ambiente e Sicurezza (EHS) e il Codice di Condotta GSK.
* Parteciperai, se richiesto, a ispezioni, audit e self inspection sulle macchine/linee.
* Seguirai le regole della corretta escalation, conoscerai le tue responsabilità e prenderai le decisioni di propria competenza.
* Sarai responsabile nell'identificare, analizzare e mitigare i rischi relativi alla tua area di lavoro seguendo i principi del nostro Risk Management System (RMS). I rischi possono essere connessi a: Business, Business continuity, Safety, People, Wellbeing, Compliance, Quality, Costs.
* A supporto o in caso di assenza del First Line Leader, ne farai le veci supervisionando il reparto e, ove necessario, segnalando scostamenti rispetto al piano operativo e agli obiettivi assegnati al proprio responsabile gerarchico e a OQ.

Basic Qualifications
Siamo alla ricerca di professionisti con le seguenti competenze :
* Laurea in ambito scientifico/tecnico oppure Diploma e esperienza consolidata nel ruolo
* Esperienza in ambito produttivo, preferibilmente nel settore farmaceutico
* Capacità di gestione dei sistemi informatici
* Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
* Disponibilità a lavorare su due turni (6-14, 14-22) dal lunedì al venerdì
