We are expanding our infrastructure management team and are looking for technology managers with experience in people management, strong technical understanding, and the drive to advance AWS Data Center Operations. /ppThe successful candidate will have experience creating and devising strategies, mentoring people at all levels, sponsoring projects, and proposing technical solutions. This role involves leading teams in hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repair and includes participation in an on-call rotation. Candidates should be able to work independently and manage their teams effectively. Strong prioritization, organizational skills, effective communication, and quick reaction are critical. In addition to data centers, hardware and network repair knowledge, candidates will create documentation, develop solutions, participate in site-level projects, and resolve complex problems within the Data Center space. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,700/year to $158,000/year. Pay is based on market location and may vary with job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
