We are expanding our team and seeking a Disponente Ufficio Traffico in the Operations department to support our growth. The position is based in our Milan office.
As Disponente Ufficio Traffico, you will manage relationships with carriers to help stabilize our rapid growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Collaborate with the operations, finance, and quality teams to ensure excellent transport services and quality.
* Supervise daily transports in Italy and handle inquiries from carriers.
* Identify opportunities and propose solutions based on your knowledge of partner businesses.
* Manage daily operational tasks.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
* Proficiency in using data to analyze and monitor key metrics (Excel).
* Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks efficiently.
* Knowledge of geography and transport regulations.
* 1-2 years’ experience in full truck load transport and express courier services.
* Fluent Italian communication skills.
* Attention to detail and an organized approach.
* Problem-solving skills and resilience under stress.
* Mediation and claims management abilities.
* Pricing skills and transport regulation knowledge (preferred).
