Responsibilities
* Implement and manage the complete CRM solution: data analysis, process optimization and platform maintenance (Salesforce).
* Collaborate continuously with the marketing and BDC offices.
Qualifications
* University degree in marketing, communications or related business disciplines.
* Prior experience in a similar role.
* Full‑time availability.
* Team‑working ability.
