Senior Art Director leads the visual expression of the work, ensuring design excellence, aesthetic refinement and world‑class craft across all outputs. This role is hands‑on, idea‑led and detail‑obsessed, with a strong focus on elevating execution to a premium standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the visual development of integrated campaigns across brand, digital, social, film and experiential
- Define and maintain a distinctive visual language across all touchpoints
- Drive high‑end production, including shoots, post‑production and finishing
- Provide creative direction and visual supervision throughout the production process
- Act as a senior creative point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and confidently presenting creative work at all levels
- Partner closely with Designers and Production to push craft and executional quality
- Collaborate with the Senior Copywriter to deliver cohesive, award‑worthy ideas

About You
