Job Description
In this role, you will collaborate with sponsors, business stakeholders, business analysts, data governance, analytics, functional and technical leads to ensure the right solution is created for the business. Often you will need to suggest your own business and marketing solutions to problems rather than just taking pre-defined requirements.
You will also be responsible for the work of other Decision Architects, and you will ensure your solutions are delivered on-time and on-budget using industry-standard project delivery frameworks including:
* Agile
* Waterfall
* Scrum
Qualifications
* PEGA Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) qualification
* In-depth knowledge of “Next Best Action”, “Always-On”/real-time marketing, PEGA adaptive modelling and arbitration techniques
* Ability to design and build a conceptual decisioning framework from scratch and proven experience in working with diverse teams of technical architects, business users and IT teams
* Ensure teams are adhering to design recommendations, development best practices and configuration is PEGA guardrail compliant throughout the entire PEGA project lifecycle
* Ideally a PEGA Senior Certified System Architect (PCSSA) qualification
* Ideally a PEGA Certified Data Scientist (PCDS) certification
* It would be beneficial if you have certifications or experience in other marketing or data science technologies (e.g., Unica, Adobe Campaign, SAS, R) and an interest to cross-train to PEGA
* Ideally further technical qualifications in recent versions (e.g., version 8 or above for PEGA)
