Overview CC DACH Data & Intelligence AI Factory _ AI Solutions Architect This hands-on role demands extensive expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics to design, construct, and deploy sophisticated AI-driven systems tailored to clients' unique requirements. The AI Solutions Architect will focus on developing intelligent Agents and leveraging Agentic Process Automation to streamline and enhance business operations. This position requires proactive problem-solving, technical leadership, and the ability to drive AI-driven digital transformation initiatives that deliver measurable value to our clients, particularly through the deployment of intelligent Agents and Agentic Process Automation. Responsibilities Utilize Microsoft Power Platform and Azure AI Foundry to develop and deploy intelligent agents. Engage with clients to understand their business needs and objectives. Conduct workshops to identify high-value AI use cases and assess their feasibility. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop tailored AI strategies. Design, construct, and deploy sophisticated AI-driven systems. Create detailed architectural designs that integrate seamlessly with clients' existing infrastructures. Ensure solutions are scalable and align with clients' business objectives. Develop prototypes as part of proof-of-concept initiatives to validate AI concepts. Lead and deliver pilot projects to demonstrate AI capabilities. Gather and incorporate client feedback to refine usability and effectiveness. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and clients. Guide the implementation of AI solutions, ensuring best practices and technical excellence. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and data analytics. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to keep projects on track. Address and resolve technical challenges that arise during project development and deployment. Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability. Perform usability evaluations and make necessary adjustments based on client feedback. Continuously monitor and optimize deployed AI systems for performance and scalability. Document architectural designs, project plans, and technical specifications. Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders. Maintain thorough records of project progress, decisions, and outcomes. Drive AI-driven digital transformation initiatives that deliver measurable value to clients. Contribute to the development of AI best practices, methodologies, and frameworks. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and forums to showcase AI expertise. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions. Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate; Azure Solutions Architect Expert; Data Scientist Associate; Azure Data Engineer Associate; Power Platform Fundamentals Relevant certifications in Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Cloud Computing Deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java. Knowledge of data processing and analysis tools such as Microsoft PowerBI and Fabric Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services. Ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets to draw meaningful insights. Experience in developing and evaluating AI models and algorithms. Ability to design and implement scalable and reliable AI solutions. Experience in creating architectural blueprints and technical specifications. Understanding of system integration and interoperability principles. Experience with automation technologies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks. Experience in managing AI projects from conception to deployment. Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and provide mentorship. Proven track record of driving AI initiatives and delivering successful projects. Understanding of how AI can be applied to solve business problems and create value. Ability to align AI solutions with clients' business objectives and strategies. Awareness of industry trends and competitive landscape. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 services. Solid experience in data analytics, data engineering, and data visualization using Microsoft tools such as Power BI. Demonstrated experience in solution architecture, including creating architectural designs and integrating AI solutions with existing systems. Extensive experience in engaging with clients and consulting to understand their business needs, assess client requirements, and drive change management initiatives. Proven experience in integrating AI solutions with business domains, addressing enterprise concerns, adhering to industry standards, and leveraging established patterns and best practices. Seasoned experience working in an agile development environment, with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement. Strong experience in developing, selling, and delivering technical solutions that meet client requirements and demonstrate measurable value. Seasoned professional technical, IT, or operations experience within a large-scale (preferably multinational) technology services environment, covering areas such as software development, technical presales, and enterprise architecture. Proven ability to lead and deliver pilot projects, manage project timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Familiarity with industry-specific AI applications and trends, with the ability to adapt solutions to meet the unique requirements of different sectors.
