We are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist registered under the Italian protected categories (Law 68/99), even without prior work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day office management
* Filing and handling of documents and equipment
* Welcoming couriers and suppliers
Requirements:
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Proactive mindset
* Excellent communication skills
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of English (A2–B1 level), both spoken and written
Workplace: Bastia Umbra, PG
Working hours: Morning shift (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) or afternoon shift (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
Contract type: Part-time
