This role will focus on designing and developing computational pipelines, analyzing complex biological data, and supporting scientific research through innovative informatics solutions. /ppbr/ppThe Bioinformatic Scientist will play a key role in the development of new algorithms to identify and select personalized as well as shared antigens for development of either personalized or off-the-shelf cancer vaccines. He/she will contribute to continuous improvement of the discovery pipeline performance by integrating newly acquired in-house and public data. He/she will develop robust analysis pipelines that can be applied in both research and clinical settings. As a part of the role, he/she will design vaccines following our in-house pipeline during clinical trial phases. Among other duties, he/she will liaise with external collaborators/service providers (e.g. NGS related) and will interact with IT to maintain scientific computing infrastructure.
