What you will do Reporting to the Indirect Procurement Team, the intern will support day-to-day procurement activities across multiple categories, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of sourcing processes. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the definition and implementation of procurement strategies aimed at optimizing cost and quality; Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure timely and effective purchasing support; Assisting in the RFQ process, including supplier scouting, communication, offer collection and preliminary evaluation; Supporting contract management activities in collaboration with the legal department and assisting with purchase order issuance through the company ERP system; Contributing to the identification and onboarding of new suppliers to expand and strengthen the supplier base; Assisting in the analysis of purchasing data and preparation of reports to monitor spending and key performance indicators (KPIs); Maintaining and organizing procurement documentation, including contracts, offers, and supplier records. xdwybme Who we are looking for Currently enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Economics or similar fields; Available to start soon to a full-time internship; Fluent in both English and Italian (minimum B2 level); Proficiency in French is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); We offer a six-month paid internship 800 euro, free company canteen, lavoro da remoto, company shuttle We look for someone who lives the core values of the Haier's attitude: entrepreneurship and innovation, zero distance to consumers and IoT & Ecosystem thinking.
