Support daily operations across all outlets, ensuring high service standardsCollaborate with the F&B leadership team on wine lists and food & wine pairingsAssist waiters and the Sommelier team with service preparation and par stock managementEngage guests, recommend wines, and curate memorable dining experiencesOversee inventory control and maintain strong operational visibilityHandle special requests with dedication and professionalismCoordinate scheduling based on business needsCosts controlConduct market research and monitor industry trendsPartner with Events, Marketing & PR on promotions and new launchesAnalyze menu performance to enhance revenue and guest appeal. Assist in planning and executing food promotions and eventsSupport recruitment, onboarding and retention of talent, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team cultureEnsure adherence to grooming, policies, hygiene, and brand standardsDeliver training and coaching in service excellence and product knowledgeMaintain a safe work environment in compliance with local laws and policies
What You Bring
Certified wine and beverage education (WSET, AIS, or equivalent)At least 5 years of experience in a similar roleFluent Italian and English mandatoryExperience in luxury hotels and/or high-end standalone restaurants/hotelsStrong attention to details and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilitiesA creative mindset and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
