LiPrimary Job Function /lipThis position is responsible for performing activities at the EPD Global Documentation Center, including creation and maintenance of the EPD Global Quality system and product-related documentation within the EPD Global Documentation management system. Additionally, the role involves implementing and maintaining the EPD Global Change Control process. /pulliCore Job Responsibilities /liliUnderstand and adhere to applicable EPD Divisional and EPD GCCD departmental Quality System Documents. /liliManage Global / Divisional EPD documentation by supporting requests for creation or changes, processing them in the EPD global documentation management system, and ensuring compliance with corporate and EPD Quality System documents. /liliProvide guidance and assistance to all EPD personnel regarding the Documentation management and Change Control processes and systems. /liliMaintain and control documents for the EPD Global Quality System, Global Region, and Global Departments in collaboration with relevant personnel and functions. /liliSupervisory / Management Responsibilities /lipbNone /b /pliPosition Accountability / Scope / Level (Site / Regional / Global) /lipThe position reports to the Senior Manager, Documentation and Change Control. /pliMinimum Education /liliRequired: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Microbiology, Engineering, or other technical/scientific field. /liliMinimum Experience / Knowledge Required /liliKnowledge of GMP compliance related to documentation and change control. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Visio.
