As an Operations Associate, you will enhance our fleet, coordinate our teams in the warehouse and in the field, and be the local eyes and ears on the ground to understand the local needs of our riders. You will tackle challenges along our operational journey from the moment a vehicle arrives in our warehouse, until a customer ends their ride. This role is a great opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping the future of mobility in bBari /b. /p pThis is a warehouse‑based position that requires an onsite presence (Monday through Friday). /p h3What You'll Do: /h3 ul liHire, train, and provide coaching to all levels of Mechanics and Fleet Support positions responsible for deploying and retrieving our shared electric vehicle /li liBuild a safe, compliant and efficient warehouse environment that supplies a fully operational fleet of vehicles for bBari /b /li liDefine new processes and best practices to drive operational excellence within the warehouse /li liPartner cross‑functionally on operations projects that result in identifying expansion opportunities within your region(s) /li liDefine and monitor KPIs that measure the profitability, revenue, and operational performance of your market(s) /li liProvide complaint management and customer incidents investigation support /li liPartner with the local Government Relations representative to manage key Legal, Regulatory and Safety issues /li liMaintain positive relationships between customers, regulators/city officials, employees, and Lime management /li liCollaborate with Engineering and Product teams to drive local initiatives for revenue growth /li /ul h3About You: /h3 ul li1–3 years of professional work experience; ideally 1+ year of experience within an Operations position /li liExperience leading teams or groups preferred /li liDemonstrated expertise with the bBari /b region and ability to anticipate operational needs and/or challenges within this area /li liGrit and an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work in an ambiguous environment /li liHigh‑energy and sound decision maker with the ability to make data‑based decisions with a cost focused mindset /li liFluent verbal and written English bItalian /b language skills /li liFamiliarity with Excel and Google Sheets (Tableau SQL knowledge would be a bonus) with the ability to navigate and draw inference from data /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills /li liUS/Canada Based: Valid driver license and clean driving record /li /ul pIf you want to make an impact, Lime is the place for you.
