Procurement Associate

We are looking for a Procurement Responsible to work at Şişecam Flat Glass Italy located in San Giorgio di Nogaro (UD). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing purchase orders, engaging with suppliers, and overseeing the full order lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing purchase orders and ensuring accurate documentation.
* Communicating with suppliers, conducting negotiation processes, and overseeing order progress.
* Requesting quotations from suppliers and performing comparative analysis of received quotes.
* Monitoring the entire order lifecycle through to the delivery of goods.
Required Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, complemented by a technical high school diploma.
* 1 year of experience in similar positions in a multinational and structured company.
* Proficient in English and Italian.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
* Residency in proximity to the company, located in the province of Udine.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments; strong team-oriented mindset.
