Joining us means growing, learning, and shaping excellence together. /p h3The Role /h3 pWithin the Product team, we are looking for an Industrial Designer, reporting to the GPM Manager, to handle the design development of new products and the evolution of existing ranges. /p pThe role will contribute to the aesthetic and UX/UI design of products and to the operational coordination with any external design suppliers. The candidate will be responsible for developing CAD surfaces, ensuring consistency and integration with the guidelines or specifications defined at Group level. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop product concepts based on briefs defined by GPM, Marketing, Strategy, or Group guidelines. /li liTranslate approved concepts into 3D CAD models (aesthetic surfaces and visible parts). /li liProduce renders for internal validations and with the parent company. /li liDefine, in collaboration with GPM, Marketing, and Strategy, the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of displays and control systems. /li liIntegrate any shared specifications or platforms defined by the parent company into projects. /li liPrepare complete design packages (CAD, material and finish specifications, technical documentation) for internal RD or suppliers. /li liCollaborate with RD to ensure technical feasibility and consistency between design and engineering constraints. /li liCoordinate with external design studios or suppliers when involved in development. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Industrial Design or equivalent qualification. /li li3–6 years of experience in industrialized product development in manufacturing environments. /li liHands‑on experience in CAD modelling of aesthetic surfaces (SolidWorks preferred). /li liCMF (Color, Material, Finish) development skills. /li liExperience in defining UX/UI for physical products. /li liBasic knowledge of Design for Manufacturing principles (injection‑moulded plastics, sheet metal, die casting). /li liExperience collaborating with technical teams (mechanical, electronics). /li liA structured approach to CAD file management and technical documentation. /li liAbility to incorporate feedback and integrate Group guidelines into coherent, industrialisable design solutions. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian (C1). /li liGood command of English (B2), required for interaction with the parent company. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liPermanent employment contract with direct placement in the company. /li liFlexible work arrangements that support work‑life balance. /li liAccess to employee wellbeing and support programs. /li liUse of AI to support daily tasks. /li liContinuous learning through our e‑learning platform. /li liTeam‑building activities and company events. /li liTailor‑made career development plans. /li liSignificant employee discounts on our full range of products. /li liFresh fruit coffee experience. /li /ul h3To Apply /h3 pDo you think this could be you?
