To support our internal staff in achieving challenging goals in terms of Group growth.
We are looking for a HR Generalist Jr to be inserted in our HR function in Piombino Dese, reporting to theHRBP Manager.
Key responsabilities:
1. Understand the needs of the business (in the different areas), including medium-long term necessities, identifying the best recruiting strategy according to the HRBP guidelines
2. Accurate management and monitoring of the recruiting process: from scouting and screening qualified candidates for open requisitions, to planning telephone interview and manage the technical interview with the managers
3. Create onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
4. Intermediation in the phase of presentation of the contractual aspects according to HRBP guidelines
5. Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers all employee-relations matters
6. Provide monthly report to the HR function and management (if required). Provide regular updates to management, sharing insight on the market reality
7. Ensure the respect of the budget for the assigned recruiting processes
Qualifications

8. Education: Master Degree
9. Experience: 2+ Years’ experience with full life cycle recruiting
10. Experience with MS office
11. Fluent in English
12. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
13. Strong customer service orientation with ability to use patience and diplomacy to handle issues
