Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic operations manager to oversee day-to-day operational effectiveness. Key responsibilities include managing after sales, maintenance, inventory control, administration, policy enforcement, security, and health & safety.
The successful candidate will partner with the management team to optimize operations across departments while continuing to deliver a positive impact on sales, customer service, and stock management.
This role requires leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operational effectiveness
* Manage after sales, maintenance, and inventory control
* Develop and lead the operations strategy for the store
* Partner with the management team to optimize operations
* Drive results and minimize loss
Requirements:
* Relevant experience in operations or a similar field (minimum 3 years)
* Fluent written and spoken English
* Knowledge of stock management and control systems
* Problem-solving skills and ability to address operational issues
