What You’ll Do
As a Software Application Expert, you’ll play a key role in theend-to-end deliveryof our digital health solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, configure and implement our applications, and ensure a seamless user experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Acting as a client-facing technical expert and trusted advisor
* Configuring and integrating software to meet customer specifications
* Delivering training and ongoing support to users
* Collaborating with internal teams to enhance product features based on client feedback
* Managing project timelines, risks, and documentation
* Traveling to client sites (up to 80%) and participating in shift work as needed
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who combinestechnical know-howwithexceptional communication skillsand a passion for customer success.
Must-haves:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical/Hospital Informatics, or a related field
* 1–3 years of experience with diagnostics laboratory informatics applications
* Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and systems (e.g., LIS, middleware, analyzer management, inventory systems)
* Hands-on experience with implementation, configuration, and support
* Proficiency in tools like MS Office, MS Project, or SmartSheet
Nice-to-haves:
* Experience with training and supporting end users
* Ability to work independently with a high level of commitment and quality
* A proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
